Payment Methods

You can pay for the Virtual-Business-Support.com services by using one of the following payment methods:

The deposit fee should be paid by credit card, debit card or Paypal.

The outstanding balance can be paid by cheque, bank transfer, credit card, debit card or Paypal.

For the fixed period monthly payment options, clients are required to pay by Standing Order.

Word Processing and Office Services

Clients are required to pay a 25% deposit prior to the commencement of any assignment.

You pay the balance of the fee when the assignment is complete.

For ongoing work, you can obtain a package of £80 per 10 hours payable at the end of each month.

First time users of the typing or digital transcription services receive a 5% DISCOUNT off the total fee.



Payment Options for Ongoing Clients

Ongoing clients for the secretarial service can benefit from a choice between two payment agreements:

  1. £80 per 10 hours
  2. £280 - £450 per month for a fixed period of 3, 6 or 9 months

Copywriting Service

Long or ongoing projects can be divided into smaller assignments where you pay in stages on the completion of each assignment.

Clients are required to pay a 30% deposit prior to the commencement of an assignment.

You pay the balance of the fee when the assignment is complete.

The standard rate is 25 pounds per hour particularly suitable for start-up businesses, the self-employed or small businesses.

You receive a free no-obligation estimate outlining the cost and time for completion of the project.

You do not have to decide, confirm or enter into a formal agreement until after you have considered the estimate.
